Your Policy is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer to grow a book of home, auto, renters, and umbrella coverage with empathy and integrity.

You will build lasting relationships, explain policy options clearly, and drive sales and retention while maintaining client confidentiality and professionalism.

Ideal candidates have 1–2+ years in personal lines, an active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain), and proficiency with CRM systems.

Formación

• 1–2+ years in personal lines insurance or related sales.
• Established Center of Influences or plan to obtain multiple clients quickly.
• Active Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Proven ability to connect with clients and close business in a competitive market.
• Knowledge of personal insurance products — home, auto, renters, umbrella.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Organized, self-motivated, and goal-driven.
• Comfortable with CRM and agency management systems (HawkSoft a plus).

• Cross-sell smartly — identify opportunities within existing accounts to expand protection.
• Stay organized — document all communications, quotes, and policies in the agency management system.
• Hit your goals — meet or exceed sales and retention targets while building relationships.
• Lead with professionalism — protect client confidentiality and represent Your Policy with integrity.
