Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks a motivated Personal Lines Producer to join our team. This role emphasizes new business production in Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella with inbound leads and referrals driving growth.

You will quote, present, and close coverage, maintain a sales pipeline, build client relationships, and collaborate with the service team to transition accounts into ongoing servicing. A base salary and performance-based incentives are offered.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance sales.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one.
• Strong sales, communication, and closing skills.
• Ability to convert inbound leads and manage a sales pipeline.
• Customer-focused consultative approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage and convert inbound leads, referrals, and new business opportunities.
• Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance packages.
• Follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and tailor coverage solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with the service team to transition new accounts into servicing.
• Meet or exceed sales and production goals.
• Contribute to growth of a profitable book of Personal Lines business.
