The Jonus Group is seeking a driven Personal Lines Producer to accelerate growth by reaching out to lead lists, handling live transfers, and selling personal lines insurance. This is a remote position offering flexibility and a compensation package that includes base salary plus commission; a minimum monthly new business premium target of $60,000 is expected.

Must hold a valid Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
Minimum of 3 years of sales experience with a proven track record.
Demonstrated ability to sell at least $60,000 per month in new business premium.
Strong communication, self-motivation, adaptability, teamwork, and a results-oriented mindset.
Experience with lead generation and handling live transfers preferred.

Mansioni

Proactively reach out to lead lists and handle incoming live transfers to generate new business.
