Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer in Cincinnati to join a growing independent agency. This role focuses on new business production and sales across Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella coverages, leveraging inbound leads and referrals to build a profitable personal lines book.

You will quote, present, and close policies, follow up with prospects, manage a sales pipeline, and collaborate with the service team to transition accounts into ongoing servicing.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Personal Lines insurance sales.
• Strong knowledge of Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella coverage.
• Excellent sales, communication, follow-up, and closing skills.
• Ability to manage and convert inbound leads effectively.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Strong client relationship-building skills.
• Active Property & Casualty license or willingness to obtain one.

Responsabilités

• Manage and convert inbound leads, referrals, and new business opportunities.
• Quote, present, and close Personal Lines insurance packages, focusing on Homeowners, Auto, and Umbrella coverage.
• Proactively follow up with prospects and maintain an organized sales pipeline.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and recommend appropriate coverage solutions tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through a consultative sales approach.
• Collaborate with the customer service team to transition new accounts into ongoing servicing.
• Meet or exceed established sales and production goals.
• Contribute to the growth of a profitable book of Personal Lines business.
