Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Product Manager to lead product development, strategy, and performance for homeowners insurance. You will manage the full lifecycle of products, drive improvements, and collaborate with actuarial, underwriting, regulatory, claims, and technology teams while mentoring a small team.

Qualifications

• Experience in personal lines property & casualty insurance.
• Strong understanding of product management, pricing, rate development, regulatory filings, and product performance.
• Experience with state filings, preferably Florida rate and form filings.
• Familiarity with admitted and/or E&S markets.
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with insurance data.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of personal lines insurance products from development to deployment and ongoing performance.
• Oversee product strategy, including rate changes, market competitiveness, and portfolio performance.
• Coordinate state regulatory filings, focusing on Florida requirements.
• Analyze loss ratios, pricing trends, profitability, and competitive positioning.
• Utilize SQL and Power BI to support business decisions.
