Job summary

The Jonus Group in Woburn, MA is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to manage a portfolio of auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, and RV policies from quote through renewal. You will deliver proactive service, build strong client relationships, and contribute to retention in a collaborative team environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 3 years of personal lines experience, a P&C license or willingness to obtain one, and familiarity with AMS360.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of personal lines experience preferred.
• Active P&C license or willingness to obtain one.
• Proficiency with AMS360 or similar agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts (auto, home, renters, condo, umbrella, RV).
• Handle quoting, renewals, policy changes, and endorsements.
• Provide responsive client service and resolve inquiries promptly.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities to enhance coverage and client satisfaction.
• Collaborate with support staff on quoting and admin tasks.
