The Jonus Group is seeking a motivated Personal Lines Producer in Knoxville, TN to join a growing team. A strong background in personal lines insurance with the ability to generate new business and drive sales is essential. Commercial insurance experience is a plus but not required.

The role offers the chance to earn $55,000–$75,000 annually, plus commission opportunities and a comprehensive health benefits package. A P&C license is required to qualify.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years in personal lines insurance.
• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) licensure/designation is required.
• Proven track record of sales success.
• Familiarity with standard insurance accounts; exposure to high-value accounts.
• Proficiency with Vertafore software or similar platforms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
