Job summary

Jewelers Mutual is seeking a Personal Lines Policy Specialist in Wisconsin to review and process submissions and policy updates, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. You will communicate with policyholders and jewelers across multiple channels and use verification tools to confirm information.

The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 3 months to 1 year of customer service experience, with preference for the jewelry insurance domain.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft suite applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• 3 months to 1 year of customer service experience preferred.
• Property/casualty insurance background and jewelry industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and analyzes work related to Personal Lines policies through various channels (USPS, e-mail, fax, Lockbox).
• Verifies policyholder information is complete and meets processing criteria.
• Compares manual-entry and pre-filled data with source documents to avoid errors.
• Correspond with policyholders and jewelers via omnichannel (phone, email, chat, SMS) to obtain information or inform on policy status or changes.
• Utilize Truepic photo verification platform when requesting additional information from policyholders.
• Stay updated with all required policies, procedures, systems, and services.
• Maintain accuracy and quality to support ongoing customer relationships.
