Job summary

Jewelers Mutual Group is seeking a detail‑oriented professional to provide excellent customer service by phone and written communications. The role reviews applications and related documents to initiate or modify policies, and supports underwriting with setup and follow‑up tasks.

You will coordinate with field adjusters, process invoices, and handle inquiries from jewelers, agents, and insured parties, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all interactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3-6 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service over the phone and in writing.
• Reviews applications and accompanying documents to set up or issue new business or policy changes.
• Assists underwriting with account setup and follow-up as guided by an Underwriter.
• Manages relationships with field adjusters and coordinates invoices for services.
• Responds to inquiries from jewelers, agents and insured parties with accuracy and timeliness.
