Jewelers Mutual is seeking a Personal Lines Policy Specialist in Wisconsin to review and process submissions and policy updates, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness. You will communicate with policyholders and jewelers across multiple channels and use verification tools to confirm information.
The role requires a high school diploma, proficiency with Microsoft Office, and 3 months to 1 year of customer service experience, with preference for the jewelry insurance domain.
Our Personal Lines Policy Specialist reviews data and correspondence for new submissions and existing policies by verifying information is accurate and complete. Processes changes and updates to the policy according to company policies and procedures. Consistently meets expectations for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
