Job summary

Jewelers Mutual Group is seeking a customer-focused professional to provide exceptional service to policyholders, agents, adjusters, and coworkers by phone and written communication in a fast-paced environment.

The role involves gathering information for Underwriting, reviewing documents, and assisting with account setup and agency processing under an Underwriter's guidance, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED minimum requirement.
• 3–6 months related experience and/or training.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent service to policyholders, agents, adjusters, and coworkers over the phone and in writing.
• Researches and prepares initial information for Underwriting review.
• Follows up as necessary to meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness expectations.
• Manages relationships with jewelers, agents, and policyholders to fulfill requests.
