• Active Property & Casualty License required
• 2+ years of Personal Lines insurance sales experience in a retail agency
• Proven success generating new business and growing client relationships
• Demonstrated ability to develop referral sources through networking
• Strong consultative selling and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and agency management systems
