About the Role

We are looking for a Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative who is experienced, detail-oriented, and dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. In this role, you’ll support our clients across personal lines products such as homeowners, auto, umbrella, and more, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to quality and care.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for personal lines clients
• Handle endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, ID cards, and policy updates
• Educate clients on coverage options and changes
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of carrier guidelines, underwriting, and policy products
• Accurately process policy changes and follow up with clients and carriers
• Assist with remarketing and renewal prep as needed
• Manage claims communications between the client and carrier
• Keep detailed and organized records in AMS360

What You Bring

• Active Property & Casualty license (required)
• 1–3+ years of agency experience in personal lines customer service
• Familiarity with major carriers like Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive, etc.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to stay organized, multitask, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
