Job summary

The Jonus Group in Florida is seeking a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to support a growing Personal Lines department. The role focuses on servicing policies and delivering outstanding customer service to a large client base.

You will manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, and collaborate with sales teams to drive cross-selling while maintaining accurate records in the agency system. A P&C license and at least 2 years of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Licenses: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar role.
• Familiarity with Epic software is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle all aspects of policy servicing, including policy changes, endorsements, and renewals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to a portfolio of approximately 6,000 clients with $20M in premiums.
• Collaborate with the Sales and Quoting Specialist teams to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Identify opportunities for account rounding and cross-selling to enhance client coverage.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in the agency management system.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $50,000 - $65,000 annually
• Incentives: 20% commission on any account rounding and new business brought into the agency
