Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or account management required.
• Familiarity with the insurance industry is a significant plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• A proactive and detail-oriented approach to tasks.
• Hold a valid P&C license
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively in a busy office setting.
