Job summary

The Juris Agency in Emmaus, PA is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Client Manager to serve as the trusted advisor for our clients, helping families protect what matters most. You will manage existing accounts, review renewals, and coordinate with carriers to ensure optimal coverage, while contributing to a supportive, growth-focused team environment.

Applicants should have 3+ years in personal lines, a PA P&C license, and strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Active PA Property & Casualty license required.
• Three+ years of personal lines experience.
• Solid knowledge of homeowners, auto & umbrella policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary point of contact for existing clients with clarity and care.
• Review renewals and conduct coverage analyses.
• Process policy changes, endorsements and COI accurately and timely.
• Collaborate with carrier partners to advocate best outcomes.
• Identify gaps in coverage and suggest solutions.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary point of contact for our existing clients, answering questions about their coverage with clarity and care.

Review renewals and conduct coverage analyses to ensure our clients are properly protected as their lives change.

Process policy changes, endorsements, and certificates of insurance accurately and in a timely manner.

Collaborate with our carrier partners to advocate for the best outcomes and coverage options for our clients.

Identify potential gaps in coverage and proactively suggest solutions that provide peace of mind.

Contribute to a supportive office culture by sharing knowledge and helping teammates navigate complex account scenarios.

Requirements

Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience managing personal lines insurance accounts.

Deep understanding of homeowners, auto, and umbrella policy structures.

Familiarity with agency management systems like Applied Epic.

Clear communication skills with a focus on patience and problem-solving.

Attention to detail when reviewing policy documents and endorsements.
