Job summary

Highstreet in Brookhaven, Pennsylvania is seeking a Personal Lines Client Executive to join our team. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, guide them to the right insurance solutions, and help maintain trusted relationships with our customers.

This role rewards strong communication, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work independently and with a team. A Highstreet P&C license is required, and previous customer service experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Active P&C Insurance license.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with a friendly and helpful approach.
• Assist clients with policy changes, billing questions, and general account inquiries.
• Provide information and quotes for personal insurance products.
• Help clients understand their coverage options and recommend suitable solutions.
• Maintain accurate client records in our system.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
