Williams Insurance Group in Franklin, Tennessee, seeks a dedicated Customer Service professional to support personal lines clients through phone and email, handling policy updates and billing inquiries.

You will coordinate with multiple carriers, process endorsements, renewals, and cancellations, and help grow client retention while maintaining precise records in the agency management system.

Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Property & Casualty Insurance License is required.
• 1+ years of personal lines account management or customer service experience in an independent agency or brokerage environment.
• Professional phone etiquette required.
• Excellent spelling and grammar skills required.
• Ability to learn new computer programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound client questions and requests via phone and email regarding coverage, billing, and policy updates.
• Review and process policy changes – endorsements, renewals, cancellations, and reinstatements.
• Work with multiple insurance carriers to prepare quotes, process endorsements and resolve policy issues.
• Remarket existing clients/policies to obtain alternative quotes and increase agency retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation within the agency management system.
• Provide administrative support to other Account Managers and Producers.
• File claims and provide concierge-like assistance.
