The role requires independent judgment to grow and retain both new and renewal business and to address client needs with appropriate risk management solutions.

Responsibilities include quoting, processing changes, responding to client inquiries, and supporting teammates.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience as a Personal Lines Account Manager or similar, preferred.
• Possess or obtain Property and Casualty Insurance License within 6–12 months; company assists with fees.
• Proficiency with AMS360 and ImageRight is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Quoting new business and renewing policies.
• Process changes to existing accounts and respond to client requests.
• Provide client documents, checklists, and proposals as needed.
• Maintain organized electronic files and use reports to stay on top of tasks.
• Build relationships with clients and assist teammates with follow-up.
• Research coverage questions and respond promptly to client needs.
• Cross-sell additional lines of insurance through consultative selling.
