Job summary

Williams Insurance Agency is seeking an energetic Personal Lines Sales Agent to help individuals and families find the right home, auto, and personal lines solutions. You will leverage the agency’s carrier relationships, processes, and marketing resources while growing your own book of business.

You’ll conduct needs assessments, present policy options clearly, and manage the end-to-end sales process from quoting to onboarding, with support for renewals and cross-selling opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active state license in Property & Casualty.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new client relationships through networking, referrals, and leads.
• Assess client needs to match home, auto, renters, umbrella, and other personal lines products.
• Present and explain policy options to clients clearly and professionally.
• Manage the full sales process—quoting, proposing, closing, and onboarding new clients.
• Provide ongoing service to maintain relationships and encourage renewals and cross-selling.
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting requirements, and industry trends.
