The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager in Nashville, TN to serve as the primary client contact for personal insurance needs and to advocate for clients to secure optimal coverage.

You will guide clients through policy changes, discuss renewals, and collaborate with carriers to obtain quotes, while maintaining a high standard of service in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Experience in a high-volume call environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Mansioni

• Managing client inquiries and processing policy changes.
• Assisting clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance coverage.
• Proactively contacting clients to discuss policy updates and renewals.
• Communicating with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and process endorsements.
• Reviewing client renewals to ensure adequate and appropriate coverage.
