Job summary

Jonus Group in Hubbard, TX is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join our in-office team. You will serve as the primary contact for personal lines accounts, delivering professional service and ensuring day-to-day operations run smoothly.

Reporting to the Agency Manager, you will collaborate with a small team, use AMS 360 to maintain client records, and grow your skills in the insurance industry through ongoing training and development.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years of relevant experience in account management or customer service.
• Property & Casualty (P&C) license is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency in AMS 360 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for personal lines accounts.
• Answer incoming calls and provide prompt, professional assistance to clients.
• Manage and service standard personal lines accounts effectively.
• Utilize AMS 360 to maintain accurate client records and documentation.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless account management.
• Uphold a high level of professionalism and accountability in all interactions.
