The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary contact for clients, guiding them through personal insurance needs and advocating on their behalf to secure the best coverage.

In a fast-paced environment, you will manage client inquiries, process policy changes, discuss renewals, and collaborate with carriers to obtain quotes and endorsements, while delivering exceptional service and building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume call environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage client inquiries and process policy changes.
• Assist clients in understanding and selecting appropriate insurance coverage.
• Proactively contact clients to discuss policy updates and renewals.
• Communicate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes and endorsements.
• Review client renewals to ensure adequate coverage.
