Qualifications

• Property & Casualty licensure preferred; willing to obtain one.
• Experience varies; open to entrants or those transitioning from captive roles.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide full-service personal lines account management including quoting, renewing, and servicing policies.
• Handle accounts with premiums up to $15,000, average around $3,000.
• Collaborate with carriers (AIG, Arbella, CHUBB, CNA, Hagerty, MAPFRE) for proper coverage.
• Build relationships and address client inquiries promptly.
• Use Applied EPIC software to manage client accounts and documentation.
