Job summary

Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Account Manager to join its Cincinnati area team. You will manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, deliver tailored insurance solutions, and support client retention and agency growth.

Collaborate with producers and service teams to identify coverage gaps, perform endorsements, renewals, and re-marketing when appropriate. Strong organizational skills and license holder are essential.

Qualifications

• Active P&C license required.
• Experience in an independent insurance agency.
• Knowledge of personal lines products and regulations.
• Familiarity with QQCatalyst or similar agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts with timely, accurate service.
• Process endorsements, billing inquiries, renewals, and cancellations.
• Re-market coverage to ensure clients receive competitive solutions.
• Coordinate with carriers and document client interactions and activities.
• Identify coverage gaps and work with producers to recommend solutions.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to support retention.
