Job summary

Huntington Insurance in Hoover, AL is seeking an Insurance Sales and Relationship Manager to lead Personal Lines sales and service teams, drive growth and retention, and strengthen partnerships across the bank.

You will train and develop producers, manage pipelines, coordinate with bank leaders, and promote insurance solutions as part of a holistic client experience. A Bachelor's degree and a Property & Casualty license are required, with 5+ years in Personal Lines or sales management.

Responsibilities

• Supports the development, execution, and growth of the Insurance Green Team, a colleague-focused concierge service designed to increase awareness, accessibility, and utilization of Personal Lines insurance solutions across the organization.
• Responsible for training, coaching, and developing producers and service team members in conjunction with corporate product and sales training programs.
• Directs and monitors producer sales plans, goals, activities, and pipeline management.
• Actively partners with bank leadership, and other internal stakeholders to promote insurance solutions as part of a holistic client and colleague experience.
• Assists with prospect inventory development and referral generation opportunities.
• Manages producers and team members to properly document sales and service activities within the agency management system.
• Supports and monitors cross-sell activities among insurance lines and bank partners to maximize relationship value and customer penetration.
• Reinforces service standards, monitors performance metrics, and implements process improvements to enhance customer and colleague experiences.
• Develops and implements producer succession plans for departing sales team members.
