This full-time exempt role develops proprietary tools, reporting analytics, and data models to drive growth and support agent partnerships in the P&C space. The role requires 3–5+ years of analytical experience, strong SQL and Excel skills, and the ability to present complex analyses to senior leaders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 to 5+ years of related analytical experience.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of Property and Casualty industry experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel and SQL; able to handle large data sets.
• Ability to summarize complex concepts in written and oral form using PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support complex business/technical processes and tools for multiple products across departments.
• Lead analytics projects and coordinate with internal/external stakeholders.
• Translate business requirements into analytical reporting and models.
• Develop visually detailed reports to support strategic initiatives.
• Present findings to senior leaders and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with partners to design new tools and capabilities for growth.
