• Lead and provide guidance in policy forms, notifications, manuals, and marketing materials.
• Lead and collaborate in the development of rates, rules, and form filings; guide filing strategies.
• Partner with IT to implement system enhancements and testing plans.
• Lead internal reporting and analytical initiatives using company data.
• Develop state proposals with strategic recommendations and supporting analysis.
