Qualifications

• At least 4 years risk solutions/loss control field experience with a personal lines carrier.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Aptitude for numerical and/or financial evaluation of business performance.
• Ability to work independently in a dynamic, multi-project environment.
• Superior communication skills, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site policyholder home inspections to evaluate risk and recommend mitigation solutions.
• Consult with policyholders on risk management services such as maintenance, disaster preparedness, security, and loss mitigation.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional coverages such as Marine and Auto.
• Participate in innovation pilots with the Personal Lines Product team.
• Support risk management content generation by Personal Lines Marketing.
• Collaborate with Underwriting, Risk Solutions teams, PL Product, PL Claim and PL Marketing.
• Represent the company at association and industry meetings and conferences.
