Job summary

The Hanover Insurance Group is seeking a Personal Lines Risk Solutions Consultant to cover the Connecticut and Massachusetts territory with a fully remote arrangement and local travel. This full-time exempt role provides risk solutions support to Hanover's Personal Lines division for Prestige clients.

Responsibilities include on-site policyholder inspections, risk management consultations, and collaboration with underwriting, product, and marketing teams to drive innovative risk solutions.

Qualifications

• At least 4 years risk solutions/loss control field experience with a personal lines national/regional insurance carrier.
• Demonstrated initiative; ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform on-site policyholder home inspections to evaluate risk and recommend mitigation services.
• Consult with policyholders on risk management, maintenance, security, and loss mitigation aids.
• Identify cross-sell opportunities for additional coverages (e.g., Marine, Auto).
• Collaborate with product, underwriting, and marketing teams on risk solutions initiatives.
