Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in math, finance, actuarial science, or analytics preferred.
• 4–6+ years of analytical and P&C industry experience preferred (actuarial, business analytics, or finance).
• Demonstrated problem-solving and exploratory data analysis skills.
• Excel expert with intermediate SQL; able to handle large, complex data sets.
• Ability to translate raw data into meaningful insights and present to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims data and communicate conclusions in writing and verbally to internal partners; present findings to senior leaders.
• Respond to urgent requests and produce routine and ad hoc information quickly.
• Lead the development or enhancement of complex reports and tools for multiple lines of business; work independently.
• Quantify impacts of internal changes and external trends on loss results.
• Develop industry knowledge and internal data expertise to provide solutions to complex business questions.
