Job summary

Brown & Brown, Inc. in Meridian, ID seeks a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to respond to client requests in a high-volume call center. You will provide prompt, high-quality service and assist in new/enhanced accounts and retention of existing accounts.

Role requires strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills; P&C license is preferred or can be obtained within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Licenses: P&C licensed preferred or able to obtain within 90 days.
• Minimum 6 months P&C insurance experience.

Responsibilities

• Receives calls for quotes, changes, and new policies in a high-volume center.
• Completes changes within 24 hours; assists in new/enhanced accounts.
• Assists in premium collection and terminations; handles certificates and ID cards.
• Provides training and support to new team members.
• Maintains accuracy and timely service to minimize errors.
