You will handle policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, billing questions, and renewal activities. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to develop durable client relationships and support business growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial lines account management experience.
• Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries and provide timely, professional service.
• Manage policy servicing including changes, endorsements, certificates, ID cards, and coverage questions.
• Support billing questions, payments, and premium collection.
