Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license.
• 3+ years of commercial lines account management.
• Strong customer service mindset and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.
• Experience with modern agency management software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for client inquiries, providing timely, professional service.
• Manage policy servicing, endorsements, certificates, and coverage questions.
• Support billing questions, payment processing, and premium collection.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to support retention.
• Prepare, review, and process insurance documents and renewal agreements.
• Maintain accurate client records in agency systems and tracking.
• Analyze client exposure data and identify coverage gaps.
• Verify invoicing accuracy and assist with premium finance items.
• Manage mid-term policy changes and renewal strategy.
• Identify opportunities for additional coverage to mitigate exposures.
