Gannon Coyne & Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Licensed Personal Lines Customer Service Representative to join our team in a fast-paced environment.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service to personal lines clients, handling policy changes, renewals, billing inquiries, and coverage updates. The successful candidate will educate clients on coverage options, identify gaps, and maintain meticulous AMS360 records while staying current with carrier guidelines and product

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• 1–3+ years of independent agency experience in personal lines servicing.
• Experience with carriers such as Nationwide, Travelers, Progressive, and similar markets.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary contact for personal lines clients.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, renewals, billing inquiries, ID cards, and coverage updates.
• Educate clients on coverage options and help them make informed insurance decisions.
• Review accounts proactively to identify coverage gaps and opportunities.
• Process policy changes accurately and follow through with carriers and clients.
• Assist with remarketing, renewal preparation, and account rounding opportunities.
• Support clients through the claims process and act as a trusted resource.
• Maintain accurate, detailed documentation in AMS360.
• Stay current on carrier guidelines, underwriting changes, and product offerings.
