Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Property & Casualty License (required).
• Pennsylvania Life License (preferred; provides additional opportunities).
• Previous experience in personal lines customer service or sales preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency with computers and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage client needs: process policy changes, billing inquiries, renewals, and claims support.
• Deliver prompt, professional, and courteous customer service.
• Identify and generate leads for personal lines insurance products.
• Conduct policy reviews, recommending coverage enhancements or savings.
• Cross-sell and account-round to expand client protection and agency growth.
• Educate clients on insurance policies, terms, and coverage options.
• Collaborate with carriers to resolve issues and secure competitive coverage.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term loyalty.
