Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Specialist who will service personal lines client needs, analyze customer requirements, and support account managers and executives.

Responsibilities include answering coverage questions, handling endorsements, billing, EOIs, and changes, and collaborating with staff to retain clients while ensuring compliance with company procedures. Grounded in integrity and excellence, you will grow with a focused, client-centered team.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent is desired.
• Five years of experience in personal lines underwriting and marketing with a multi-line insurance agency or brokerage operation.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to influence others.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Account Executives to develop and retain customers.
• Answer questions from clients regarding coverage when applicable.
• Assist existing policyholders with endorsements, billing, EOIs, and coverage changes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to provide feedback on customer and/or market conditions.
• Handle telephone calls and assist with personal visits from customers pertaining to risk and coverage requirements.
• Ensure requests for changes and endorsements are implemented per company requirements.
