Job summary

Element Risk is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager to oversee day-to-day client servicing, policy accuracy, and proactive risk solutions. You’ll coordinate with carriers and internal teams to ensure smooth policy delivery and renewals.

The role emphasizes cross-selling opportunities, strong communication, and attention to regulatory requirements, with a focus on client advocacy and accurate record-keeping. A bachelor’s degree in risk management or equivalent, and licensure are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management or related field preferred or IRMI/PLCS or equivalent designation.
• CISR designation preferred.
• Must be organized with demonstrated communication skills (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day servicing of personal lines clients, including policy inquiries and billing questions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and documents with accuracy.
• Maintain client records and log service activities in agency management system.
