Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Specialist to service client needs by analyzing individual requirements and evaluating options in support of Account Managers and Account Executives.

Responsibilities include assisting policyholders with endorsements, billing, EOIs, and coverage changes, while coordinating with the team to meet client expectations and risk management goals.

Qualifications

• Five years of experience in personal lines underwriting and marketing with a multi-line insurance agency or brokerage.
• College degree or equivalent is desired.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Account Executives to develop and retain customers.
• Answer questions from clients regarding coverage when applicable.
• Assist existing policyholders with endorsements, billing, EOIs, and coverage changes.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Account Executives to provide feedback on customer and/or market conditions.
• Handle telephone calls and assist Account Managers and Account Executives with personal visits from customers pertaining to risks and coverage requirements, claims, new business, remarkets and additional lines of coverage.
• Ensure that all requests for changes, endorsements, etc. are properly implemented and comport with company requirements.
