Job summary

Element Risk Management is seeking a Personal Lines Service Advisor I to manage client relationships, ensure policy accuracy, and support risk solutions. You will handle day-to-day servicing, endorsements, and underwriting coordination while identifying cross-sell opportunities.

You will collaborate with carriers and internal teams to maintain client satisfaction, review renewals, and ensure timely policy delivery. Prior experience with personal lines and licensed professionals is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; Risk Mgmt or related field.
• IRMI/PLCS or equivalent designation encouraged.
• Active Property & Casualty license in required states.
• 1 year in a defined insurance role; CISR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily client communications including inquiries and service requests.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, certificates, and docs.
• Maintain client records and document activities in the agency system.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Monitor renewals and initiate renewal processes.
• Cross-sell opportunities and risk analysis.
