Element Risk Management is seeking a Personal Lines Client Service Specialist to support Account Managers and Account Executives in meeting client coverage needs. You will analyze customers’ insurance requirements, discuss options, and assist with endorsements, billing, EOIs, and changes.

The role emphasizes independent, professional communication with clients and carriers, handling inquiries, and ensuring accurate processing of requests and risk management strategies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support Account Managers and Account Executives to develop and retain customers.
• Answer questions from clients regarding coverage when applicable.
• Assist existing policyholders with endorsements, billing, EOIs, and coverage changes.
• Collaborate with colleagues to provide feedback on customer and market conditions.
• Handle calls and client visits regarding risk and coverage requirements.
• Ensure that all requests for changes comply with company requirements.
