Job summary

ECBM Insurance Brokers and Consultants is seeking a Personal Lines Account Associate to provide administrative and customer service support to the Personal Lines Department. You will work closely with Account Managers to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and accurate policy documentation.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, including mortgagee updates, via carrier portals and direct communication.
• Monitor and follow up on billing notices, underwriting requests, and other policy issues.
• Assist with remarketing existing policies, as needed.
• Review new and renewal policies for accuracy and completeness.
• Support client retention efforts while assisting with new business opportunities.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, mortgage companies, and other third parties regarding policy servicing, documentation, and account activity.
• Prepare, distribute, and follow up on applications, forms, and other required client documentation.
• Assist with marketing accounts, reviewing carrier quotations for accuracy, and preparing client proposals.
• Maintain accurate client records within the agency management system and process renewals, policy binders, ID cards, invoices, and other policy documentation in a timely manner.
• Provide administrative support to the Personal Lines team and perform other duties as assigned.
