Trucordia is seeking an experienced insurance professional to lead client relationships across complex, multi-location commercial accounts. You will craft tailored service plans, risk management strategies, and oversee renewal strategy sessions with executive-level clients and carrier partners.

The role requires deep knowledge of P&C and Life & Health products, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to drive profitability while maintaining exceptional client service.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in insurance account management, focusing on complex commercial accounts.
• Deep understanding of Property & Casualty and Life & Health products, markets, and strategies.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for a portfolio of complex commercial accounts.
• Develop tailored service plans and risk management strategies for clients.
• Lead renewal strategy sessions, and policy negotiations with clients and carriers.
• Collaborate with producers and practice leaders to present unified service and growth plans.
• Manage the renewal process from strategy to execution, including marketing and proposals.
