Trucordia Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a client services professional to onboard new clients and manage lifelong relationships. You will handle a complex book of business spanning fully-insured, level-funded, and self-insured plans, working with carriers to secure competitive quotes and solutions.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.

Qualifications

• Effective client onboarding and relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients during onboarding and ongoing relationship management.
• Manage a diverse book of business including Life & Health plans with carrier partners.
• Develop proposals and presentations for client renewals and new openings.
• Coordinate open enrollment meetings and enrollment changes.
• Maintain accurate records in the agency management system and collaborate with internal teams.
