Qualifications

• Hold a P&C license.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted contact within a pooled model, delivering responsive support across Personal Lines.
• Handle inbound/outbound interactions across channels with clarity and professionalism.
• Assist with billing inquiries, guiding payments and resolutions.
• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and renewals accurately.
• Explain coverage, exclusions, and options in client-friendly terms.
• Support claims by guiding next steps and setting expectations.
• Identify client needs and strengthen coverage solutions with consultative approach.
• Resolve routine requests independently and escalate complex cases as needed.
• Use digital tools to deliver faster, streamlined service.
• Build trust through high-quality interactions to drive retention.
