Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager in Fort Wayne, IN to manage a shared book of business with a $400,000 revenue focus. You will work on Auto Owners, Cincinnati, and Selective Insurance relationships, using AMS 360 to document accounts and deliver tailored insurance solutions.

Role requires 2+ years in personal lines, a high school diploma, and a hybrid onsite schedule of four days in the office and one day remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of personal lines experience; 1 year may be considered for lower salary.
• Familiar with Auto Owners, Cincinnati, and Selective Insurance carriers.
• Proficient with AMS 360 or similar agency management systems.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills for many accounts.

Responsibilities

• Manage a shared book of ~500 accounts with $100–$10,000 revenue per account.
• Handle 20% new business and 80% renewals, building carrier relationships.
• Ensure accurate documentation using AMS 360 and maintain client service.
• Collaborate with team to meet retention and growth goals.
