Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Commercial Account Manager to join a growing team. This role services a portfolio of small to large market commercial accounts, requires a Property & Casualty license and at least 2 years of relevant experience.

After a 90-day onsite training, the role transitions to a hybrid work model, allowing up to three days of remote work per week with approval. Proficiency with Applied EPIC is expected to manage accounts and growth efforts.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum 2 years of commercial account management experience.
• Experience in service and marketing of accounts.
• Proficiency with Applied EPIC or similar systems.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage and service a portfolio of commercial accounts across sizes.
• Handle the quoting process for new and renewal business.
• Collaborate with clients to identify needs and tailor insurance solutions.
• Utilize Applied EPIC to manage accounts and document activity.
• Build strong relationships with clients, carriers, and internal teams.
• Contribute to marketing efforts to grow the client base.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
