Job summary

The Jonus Group is seeking a dedicated Personal Lines Insurance Specialist in a hybrid in-office/remote role based in Dallas, TX. You will manage a range of personal lines accounts, ensuring high-quality service and precise policy documentation.

Responsibilities include handling endorsements, renewals, and client billing inquiries, while leveraging EZLynx to maintain accurate records. Prior insurance experience is required and compensation ranges from $55,000 to $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Must have prior experience in the insurance industry.
• Familiar with personal lines products (home, auto, renters, umbrella, RV).
• Proficient with EZLynx or similar policy-management software.
• Strong organizational and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Process policy changes, endorsements, cancellations, and reinstatements with accuracy and speed.
• Issue certificates, ID cards, binders, and other policy documents.
• Assist clients with billing inquiries, payments, and past-due notices.
• Gather information to prepare quotes for home, auto, renters, umbrella, RV, and other personal lines.
• Support renewal process by updating client information and preparing renewal documents.
• Utilize EZLynx to manage client records and policy details.
