Job summary

Momentous Insurance, A Marsh McLennan Agency, is seeking an Account Manager for the Personal Lines team. You will serve as the primary liaison, deliver high-quality service, and cross-sell within an established book of business.

The role requires knowledge of Personal Lines, effective coordination with Account Executives, and diligent handling of endorsements, renewals, and proposals. A California license and related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
• Current California Department of Insurance License
• 1-2 years of experience
• Proficient MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Agency Management System (EPIC, AMS 360) or other paperless insurance management system

Responsibilities

• Provide highest quality service to customers and cross-sell within existing book of business.
• Serve as day-to-day liaison between insurance company and accounts managed by Account Executives/Producers.
• Handle daily servicing: coverage issues, contract analysis, exposure analysis, ID cards, endorsements, renewal control, proposals, binding policies.
• Coordinate with AE/Producer on strategic issues and ensure fulfillment of SOPs.
• Maintain EPIC files and adhere to E&O guidelines.

Education

College Degree preferred (high school diploma is required)
