Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Personal Lines Insurance customer service experience.
• P&C License (or ability to obtain within 90 days).
• Experience with admitted and non-admitted markets and all private client policy types.

Responsibilities

• Develop and service new and existing Personal Client Services accounts.
• Serve as advisor and consultant to clients to retain business.
• Follow up on referrals and rounding client accounts.
